Archives Imagined (AI) is a 2 part project that explores the use of AI to generate a visual language from cultural archives, examining how familiar images and symbols are repeated and transformed into shared visual worlds.

Part 1, Cartoon Space is an installation composed of abstract physical objects and animated projections built from fragments of American cartoon backgrounds. Visitors move through an environment that resembles familiar cartoon spaces.

Part 2, Library of Synthetic Beings is a wall installation of books containing hidden stories of mythical creatures told by AI. It presents mythology as something that is continually reshaped through retelling and reinterpretation.
